I am a 27 Year old fully qualified Primary School Teacher from the UK. I’ve worked in the education system for four years and have excellent communication skills.
I am an honest, organised, responsible and trustworthy individual. I have experience in teaching children up to the age of 12. I am available for tutoring on a casual or regular basis.
I love making a difference to children’s lives and I find that working with children opens up my horizons. Being energetic and creative around children is a real passion of mine. Being an approachable and supportive teacher is extremely important. I specialise in English, Maths and Science.
I have a current UK police check and a current blue card from Queensland. I have also been recognised by the Queensland College of Teachers as a registered teacher.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Look forward to hearing from you.
I worked as Key Stage Two (ages 7-10) Teaching Assistant (TA) for two years. I worked alongside young children in a classroom setting, on a one to one basis, in pairs and in groups. I ran intervention groups in english and maths.
Once completing my postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) I worked for a period of two years as a classroom teacher. First as a Year 3 teacher and secondly a Year 6 teacher. I ensured all the children I taught were challenged, in order to achieve their full potential. I prepared Year 6 children for their end of year tests (SATs) I established a safe classroom environment as well as a stimulating one for all children.
